The operation group 13302 (in German "Die Betriebsgruppe 13302") takes care of the operation & maintenance of the legendary locomotive Be 6/8 and wishes you a lot of fun on these pages.

News

Crocodile-Calendar 2023
The every year Crocodile-Calendar for the next year 2023 is ready and from now on it can be ordered by using the online- or PDF-formular below. The edition is limited: First come, first served.

Attention:
Only until 5th of November 2022 we can offer you the shipment fees within Switzerland & EU for 10 CHF.
Afterwards, unfortunately, the shipment fees increase to 23 CHF within EU.
Finalisation of Repair Work
In August 2021 the "Crocodile" suffered by a damage of the friction bearing on the 5th driving axle on the right side. Since 2nd of May 2022 the locomotive is at the maintenance site of "SBB Depot Historic" in Olten, Switzerland.

It is planned to finalise the repair work by the end of the year 2022. After this the "Crocodile" will return to its main depot in Rapperswil, Switzerland.

Course: Rapperswil – ZH Wollishofen – Brugg – Koblenz - Regensdorf – Zürich – Meilen - Rapperswil

Special Occasion:
After arrival at the main depot Rapperswil the temperatur of the 5th driving axle on the right side was found with exceeded temperature indicating a damage of the friction bearing. Also the temperature of the 4th driving axle was increased. Due to this observation the "Crocodile" is put out of operation and needs major repair.

Special Occasion:
Due to a crash of a hay wagon on the track close to area of Salez-Sennwald the trip was interrupted by 2 hours.
